TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF ENGAGEMENT
Upon your decision to proceed with the engagement, Get More Pty Ltd will invoice you 50% of the investment. Speakers are not confirmed for an engagement until we have received this initial payment. The balance is due 7 prior to the engagement.
Speaking fees are quoted on advance payment - a payment in arrears option is available but a surcharge will be applied.
Unless specifically stated, the investment figures quoted do not include any travel, room hire, catering, equipment hire, accommodation, or ancillary expenses. Where appropriate, these will be invoiced separately.
For accommodation charges, the hotel should be instructed to have all charges for Get More Pty Ltd speakers for appropriate night(s) charged to your master account - these charges include room charge and food, but not mini-bar and telephone calls.
Get More Pty Ltd consultants travel economy class on flights up to four hours, and for flights four hours and over we travel business class. Our preferred airline is Qantas and Warwick’s frequent flier number is 0298115. The client is responsible for booking airfares and transfers unless requested otherwise.

- if you cancel less than two weeks prior to the engagement date, the full fee is payable to Get More Pty Ltd.
- in the unlikely event that Get More Pty Ltd cancels, all monies paid will be refunded to the client or where possible an alternative speaker may be provided in lieu of the refund if the client agrees.
Australian copyright laws prevent recording of the presentation in any means including digital, audio, video recordings without the express written consent from Get More Pty Ltd.
